ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

- A MINIMUM OF TWO (2) CREDITED SEASONS IN THE NFL

- YOU ARE NOT CURRENTLY ON AN NFL ROSTER

- YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED SEVERANCE

WHAT DO I GET?

– DAILY TRAINING SESSIONS

• Nutrition Assessment and Dietary Analysis
• Body Composition and Weight Measurement
• Physical Therapy Assessment
